Shipping Policy
1. Processing and Shipping
All orders will be sent within 5-7 business days of ordering. During high volume periods, such as after a new product launch, processing may up to two weeks.The shipping time you see at checkout is the time it takes to arrive at your address once the item has been shipped.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on destination. Rates are calculated at checkout after you enter your address.
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. After your order has shipped, an additional email with tracking information will be sent to you. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation or shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting me at madebymylahh@gmail.com
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, you may request an address change by contacting me at madebymylahh@gmail.com with your name and order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, i cannot make any changes or redirects.
5. Lost Packages
I am not responsible for lost packages once they are picked up by the mail carrier. I do not control the shipping timeline after your package leaves our facility.
